What is an advertiser?
Also known as a merchant, an advertiser is the person who sells goods and services and pays affiliates for qualifying leads or orders.


What is an affiliate/ publisher?
A website owner who sells goods and services behalf of the advertiser and gets paid for qualifying leads or orders.


What is CPA, CPL, CPC, CPM?

  • CPA, cost per acquisition or cost per action, is the amount affiliates get paid per sale.
  • CPL, cost per lead, is the amount affiliates get paid per lead or sign up.
  • CPM, cost per thousand, is the cost per 1000 impressions.
  • CPC, cost per click, is the cost per unique click on an advertising ad.

What is affiliate marketing?
Web-based marketing practice in which affiliates get rewarded for each visitor they bring to the site to take desired action.


What are the affilates payouts based on?
Affiliates’ payouts are based on CPL, CPA or Rev Share basis. When pulling the campaign information, it will tell you what the payment is going to be based on.


What is Performance Based Marketing?
Merchant/advertiser only pays for commissions for results such as orders or leads.
